My Coffee Maker Died!!

To top off a rather long sad week my Keurig decided to call it quits last night during dessert. T and the girls went out to test their 22 rifles and their friend K came over for dinner afterward. We were all settling in to have dessert and watch "The Big Bang Theory" when my coffee maker stopped working. I tried unplugging it, filling and refilling the water vessel - nothing worked. 
I had considered reverting back to by beloved french press but I have come accustomed to the ease of pressing one button for coffee.

So early this morning, without coffee in my system I went out in search of a new Keurig Machine.  The first store was completely sold out. I thought I might have to wait a week to have coffee in my home until a friend told me another store had them on sale. While they had a few brewers in stock the model I have grown to love was not on special. $225.00 later I brought home a brand new Keurig Platinum!

Wow! What a difference a new machine makes!!! The coffee brewer makes coffee quicker and quieter!

Now for a much needed coffee break!
